Free Resource Helps Business Owners diagnose Software Bugs

April 14, 2011

Bugs are a reality for all software developers. These unintended computer problems are time consuming and ultimately very costly for business owners. About half of all software development budgets are dedicated to testing, however bugs still cost the U.S. economy $59.5 billion annually.

In an effort to address this issue, the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) has designed the Advanced Combinatorial Testing System (ACTS). This free tool tests multiple combinations of variables to help detect errors in software. This great resource can be downloaded for free here.
